Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is passionate about developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of many online pieces as well as a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.
