Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler on June 28, 1986. Pickler had a difficult childhood. She was abandoned by her mother when she was only two years old to avoid the abuse of her partner. Then, in 1995, she re-entered to Pickler's world and gained the custody rights. However it did not go well. Pickler, then 12, was remanded to her parents by judge. They raised her till she was old enough to be an adult. With the loss of her parents, Pickler got too involved in as a mother to her children. She stated that her time was limited, and she figured out how to care for her family at a young age. Pickler was a member of the teams that cheered for both her middle-school and high-school.
